By now, we've gotten a bit more press coverage. Everything from "atrocious" through "mediocre headbanging bullshit" up to "fucking awesome" has been said by now. Listen to it, make up your own mind.

Reviews
Hey,
since the release, our album has been thoroughly trashed by some the bigger webzines. Main criticism was the sound, which is apparently too necro for them. Rest assured that we know what we are doing and that "No World To Win, A Life To Lose" sounds EXACTLY like we wanted it to sound, and if you don't like it, so be it.
Still, if you came to this site from one of the shitty reviews that make it out as some kind of second "Under A Funeral Moon" or "Drawing Down The Moon," feel free to click on the embedded bandcamp player on the right and listen for yourself.
On a side note, that sorry excuse for a journalist from Legacy can go fuck himself in the neck with a rusty knife. We have no problem with someone not liking our music and our way of doing things, but if you want to write a bad review, at least have the decency and write it yourself instead of piecing it together from other people, especially when you accuse bands of being unoriginal. Read the Legacy review and then the ones from metal.de, powermetal.de and metal1.info, and you'll know what I'm talking about.

CD released - line-up change
Hey folks,
this is Mithras.
It is done. "No World To Win, A Life To Lose" has been officially released, and we celebrated that by playing a release concert yesterday, on probably one of the hottest days of the year. The temperature in the room was already too much, so people kept leaving for fresh air and coming back all through Frigoris' and our set, but the heat on stage was insane. That was definitely the most exhausting gig I've ever played in my life - and I'm just the singer/guitarist, have a word with Sperrfeuer about that! I have a lot of respect for our drummer for pulling that one off yesterday, seriously. We're seriously sorry we couldn't play an encore, but that would definitely have resulted in physical damage.
Well, talking of my band colleagues. We have our first ever line-up change, which might have been expected. DTM returned from the States a couple of weeks ago, but decided not to rejoin Fallen Tyrant. There are no hard feelings involved, and DTM joined us for an epic performance of "To Finnmarken" on stage for the last time yesterday. Thanks, brother, for the last three years, and ride on!
From now on, Nihlathak is be a full member of the band, and has already proven himself filling in for DTM at the last two live gigs.
That's that for now. We're back to rehearsing and songwriting from next week on.
Children of a nuclear dawn, rise!
